Management Commitment

The structure of GTL has been established in a manner that provides confidence in its testing and experimental activities, ensuring equal and impartial treatment of all organizations applying to it, in accordance with the principles of ISO/IEC 17025 and relevant guidelines. In this respect, in particular:

  • Our laboratory is responsible for ensuring that experimental activities are carried out in compliance with the requirements of TS ISO IEC 17025 – General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and in a manner that meets the needs of our customers and the legal authorities or organizations providing recognition.
  • Our organization employs managerial and technical personnel who have the necessary authority and resources to fulfill their duties, to identify deviations from the quality management system or test/experiment procedures, and to initiate activities to prevent or minimize such deviations. At the same time, the duties and authorities of these personnel have been defined, and their assistants have also been appointed.
  • Our organization undertakes to ensure freedom from any commercial or financial pressures that may affect technical decisions, by safeguarding the social rights of our employees.
  • The independence of employees’ remuneration from the number of tests performed and the results obtained is guaranteed by our organization. All employees are registered members of our organization, working for a defined salary and under contract.
  • The shareholders and managers of our organization undertake not to exert any pressure or guidance that could influence the decisions of employees.
  • Except in cases where information has been made public by the customer or where there is an agreement between the laboratory and the customer, all other information is considered private and treated as confidential by our organization.
  • In cases where our organization is legally obliged or contractually authorized to disclose confidential information, and unless legally prohibited, the customer or the relevant person is informed about the information to be disclosed by the management representative via e-mail or written notice.
  • Our organization undertakes that the necessary measures are in place for the electronic storage and transmission of results that ensure the protection of customers’ confidential information and registered rights, and that such information will not be transferred to third parties.
  • Our organization undertakes to make the necessary arrangements to prevent any activity that could reduce confidence in the competence, impartiality, decision-making, and integrity of its employees.
  • In order to prevent individuals or organizations outside the laboratory from influencing inspection and test results, and to avoid involvement in activities that could jeopardize trust in integrity and independence of judgment regarding experimental work, employees are prohibited from working in other production environments, providing consultancy to manufacturing companies that are our customers, or engaging in any commercial relationships.
  • A technical management has been established, which is generally responsible for the provision of resources required to ensure the necessary quality in laboratory operations and for technical activities. Our organization undertakes to support this management.
  • Independently of other duties and responsibilities, a management representative with the necessary authority and responsibility has been appointed to ensure the implementation and continuous monitoring of the requirements of this standard, and is directly affiliated with top management. Our organization undertakes to provide all necessary support to the management representative for the implementation of the system.
  • GCNTR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION, INSPECTION, TRAINING AND FOREIGN TRADE LTD. CO. undertakes to observe the principles of impartiality and independence, not to exert any pressure on GTL laboratory staff, and to treat all customers applying to the laboratory equally.
